M&G Real Estate (M&G) has just promoted Antonin Prade, 43, to the position of investment director for France, Belgium and Luxembourg. He is now responsible for driving acquisitions for all of the company’s European investment vehicles. Reporting to Marc Reijnen, Head of Real Estate Investment and Asset Management for Continental Europe, Antonin Prade joined the Paris office of M&G Real Estate in 2017 as Director of European Investments on behalf of the M&G European fund. Secured Property Income Fund launched in 2015, within M & G’s “long income” team – with outstanding amounts of £ 7.2 billion. He will continue to fulfill this role in addition to his new duties.

Antonin Prade will intervene in particular on the French market, which “continues to offer very good investment opportunities and remains a strategic market for M&G Real Estate, as illustrated by the transaction in the Quatre-Septembre transaction carried out jointly. venture within the framework of the dedicated mandate of an Asian client ”. His main mission will be to identify potential investments for the M&G European Property Fund (outstanding amount of € 4.1 billion), while ensuring increased diversification in favor of the residential and logistics sectors.

Antonin Prade has participated in several complex transactions in continental Europe. Before joining M&G Real Estate in 2017, he was European Portfolio Manager, in charge of investment in Germany, then Fund Manager at Standard Life Investments. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris. Since 2009, he has also been a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris.
